Program Description

Approved by the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), the 32-Hour Supported Scaffold Installer/Remover Course is a comprehensive training program designed for construction professionals responsible for installing and removing supported scaffolds. This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to safely and effectively erect, dismantle, and maintain supported scaffolding systems in accordance with OSHA and New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.

Successful completion of the course will qualify individuals to apply for certification as supported scaffold installers/removers in New York City.

The cost of this course is all-inclusive, covering all applicable processing, administrative, and material fees.

Format: Hybrid (Virtual + In-Person), or In-Person Training

This training program takes at least thirty-two (32) hours to complete. You are required to participate fully in class (this includes completing any assigned quizzes or demos), attend the course for the complete number of hours required, and score at least a 70% on the final exam to successfully complete the program and receive SST course credit. This program alone (without an OSHA 30 card, or OSHA 10 card with other applicable SST course credits) will not merit an SST card,only a 32-Hour Supported Scaffold Installer/Remover Training completion card plus SST course credit.

 

There is no additional fee required in order to receive a Training Completion Card or Certificate, This cost is included in the price of the course.
