The OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Course trains workers and employers on recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards in the workplace. It includes information on workers’ rights, employer responsibilities and how to file a complaint. This course gives you the specific steps and requirements you must meet to complete the OSHA 30 Outreach training program.

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 cards do not expire, but some employers or jobsites may require refresher training or may not accept cards issued more than five years ago.
Students in New York or Connecticut may choose office pickup. Cards are typically ready within four business days. Mailed cards generally arrive within one to two weeks, depending on the destination. We’ll notify you when your card is ready.
