Registration Policy
Upon registration, you (“the Registrant” or “the Learner”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
You must register exactly as your name appears on your government-issued ID or passport.
A.S.T. is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information submitted during registration.
All courses must be paid in full at the time of registration.
A seat in a scheduled class is only reserved once full payment has been received.
The individual attending the course must be the same person who is registered. Identity verification may be required prior to course participation.
Failure to complete all required course hours will result in no training card or Certificate of Completion being issued.
Learners who miss a registered class session are responsible for scheduling a make-up class.
Replacement training cards issued due to loss or damage are subject to a $50.00 replacement fee.
No refunds are issued. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at A.S.T.’s discretion.
A.S.T. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case learners will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.
Classroom Policy
To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment, all learners are expected to adhere to the following classroom policies:
Learners arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may be denied entry and required to reschedule for another class date.
Learners must arrive prepared to participate, engage in discussions, read-alouds, quizzes, and any instructional activities presented by the Instructor.
The Instructor may verify learner identity prior to the start of class.
Cell phones and electronic devices must be silenced and put away during lectures and class activities.
Phone calls are not permitted inside the classroom; learners may step outside briefly if necessary.
Learners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and safety-conscious manner at all times.
A.S.T. reserves the right to remove any learner whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with instruction. Removal for cause does not qualify for a refund.
Full participation is required to meet course objectives and completion standards.
